Here's How You Can Snag Spanish Pre-Sale Tickets
Washington are heading to Madrid on Sunday, 16 November 2025 (15:30 CET) for a historic showdown against the Miami Dolphins at the Santiago Bernabéu. General public sales don't open until 8 July, but Banco Santander España is running an exclusive pre-sale that starts this week.
To get in early, you need a personal code issued to a Spanish Santander current-account holder, so call in that favour from any Spanish-based mate, relative or colleague right now.
Premium options are available now
If the Santander pre-sale feels too risky or you prefer guaranteed access with added perks, hospitality packages are already on sale.
These premium experiences typically include match tickets, hotel accommodation, and exclusive access to lounges or dining experiences.
Although they are significantly more expensive than standard tickets, they offer peace of mind for those who want to secure their Madrid experience without the uncertainty of public sales.
Why the rush?
Personal codes are already available – they went live on 16 June.
You must finish the NFL site registration by 08:00 BST on Monday, June 23rd (less than 24 hours). If you miss that cut-off, you'll be locked out.
The pre-sale opens at 11:00 BST on Thursday, June 26. A random virtual queue will form, so registering in advance is the only way to stand a chance.
The four-step game plan
Find a Spanish Santander account holder. You can't generate a code without one. Your contact simply logs in to their Santander online banking or app and follows the "prevent NFL" banner.
Ask them to grab a personal code for you. Codes are unique and tied to a single e-mail address.
Register on the NFL portal before 08:00 BST on 23 June. Use the link that appears alongside the code. Create your NFL profile, paste the code, accept the legal bits and set a password.
Be in the virtual waiting room from 10:00 BST on 26 June. The queue goes live at 11:00 BST. You may purchase up to two tickets, which the Santander account holder should buy on your behalf. You will reimburse them once the purchase is complete.
Quick tips to boost your odds
Run a test login tonight. Make sure the NFL profile works and the code is accepted.
Use a stable Wi-Fi connection on Thursday. Refreshing the page after 10:59 might cause you to be pushed to the back of the queue.
Agree on payment details in advance. Your Spanish contact may need to be on hand to help secure the tickets, or even purchase them on your behalf for immediate reimbursement.
